Our Office
Kartal Hukuk Bürosu was established in 1983 to serve its clients as accurately and swiftly as possible within the complex structure of the Turkish justice system.
Since its founding, the office has provided counsel across all of its practice areas, delivering creative, solution-oriented service through teamwork and in line with each client's interests and needs.

Kadir Kartal, Att.
Kadir Kartal was born on 30 July 1954 in the village of Kuzkışla, in the İliç district of Erzincan. He completed his secondary education at Istanbul Kabataş Boys' High School.
He graduated from Istanbul Law Faculty in 1979. He entered the profession through a judicial traineeship and served as a judge in Siirt for a period.
He has worked as an independent attorney since 1983 and is registered with the Istanbul Bar under registry number 11770.
Across a career spanning 46 years, he has embraced a principled, solution-oriented practice that prioritises the client's interest — chiefly in criminal, commercial, real estate and family law.
